They carry more data from the demonstration of the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine made by Epic Games. As we already know, the demonstration would have been made on a PlayStation 5. This would corroborate that the Sony console is better and more powerful than the Microsoft console. Now we also know that the demo in its PC version would need at least an RTX 2070 Super to run as smoothly.
The new graphics engine implements a large number of new features, especially to improve graphic quality and rendering. What is surprising is that the PlayStation 5 was used for the demo and not PC hardware. In addition, knowing the necessary requirements in the PC version is quite surprising.

Unreal Engine 5 demo requires an NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super, minimum
In addition to this curious fact, Epic Games has given other relevant data about its graphics engine. The demo of the PlayStation 5 has made use of a dynamic resolution, although most of the time it has been executed in a resolution of 2560 × 1440 (the misnamed 2K). The interesting thing is that the dedicated hardware for ray tracing which would implement the console.
As far as we know, the new consoles support Ray Tracing, but so far AMD hasn't mentioned dedicated hardware. Sony and Microsoft have also not named dedicated hardware for Ray Tracing technology. Theoretically, both the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5 integrate dedicated hardware for Ray Tracing ... or not?
On the other hand, Epic Games has highlighted the quality of the SSD of the PlayStation 5. They have highlighted that getting these graphics with an HDD is impossible and with a SATA SSD, too. This is because these two types of storage drives do not offer sufficient speeds to load the required high resolution textures. To achieve the same you would need a high speed M.2 NVMe SSD (possibly PCIe Gen4)
This graphics engine will start to be available in early 2021. So the first games based on Unreal Engine 5 could take a long time to arrive.
